OLD Reception/ Podiatrist Support

Reception /Podiatry Support Staff Wanted

Glen Waverley Foot Clinic are looking for a friendly, experienced and reliable receptionist to join our team- a busy Podiatry clinic with 5 Podiatrists.

 

In this role you will welcome clients of all ages, support our Podiatrists, and use your initiative to ensure the clinic is run smoothly.

 

You will have:

  • A warm and friendly personality- face-to-face and on the telephone
  • Excellent computer skills (preferably Mac);
  • Great communication;
  • The ability to communicate reasonably fluently in Mandarin.
  • Somewhat flexible work arrangements 

It is also desirable to have:

  • Demonstrated experience using practice management software (preferably Cliniko) and experience with billing including HICAPS, DVA, Medicare, TAC, and WorkCover;

Pay would be minimum $25 p/h casual rate and higher if you have allied health administration experience.

We are currently looking for between 5-15 hours per week on weekdays (we are closed on weekends). Shift length varies normally 4 hours up to 8.5 hours.
