Reception/ Podiatrist Support
Reception /Podiatry Support Staff Wanted
Glen Waverley Foot Clinic are looking for a friendly and reliable receptionist to join our team- a busy Podiatry clinic with 5 Podiatrists.
In this role you will welcome clients of all ages, support our Podiatrists, and use your initiative to ensure the clinic is run smoothly.
You will have:
• A warm and friendly personality- face-to-face and on the telephone
• Excellent computer skills (preferably Mac);
• Great communication.
• Somewhat flexible work arrangements
It is also desirable to have:
• Experience in medical or allied health reception.
• Demonstrated experience using practice management software (preferably Cliniko) and experience with billing including HICAPS, DVA, Medicare, TAC, and WorkCover;
• The ability to communicate reasonably fluently in Mandarin.

Pay would be minimum $25 p/h Casual rate and higher if you have allied health administration experience.
