Reception / Podiatry Support Staff
We are looking to hire a suitable person to work as a casual receptionist and podiatry support at our clinic. Approximately 1-3 days per week.
We have 5 podiatrists and 3 reception staff who share the role over the clinic’s opening hours during the week.
The role involves booking appointments and invoicing patients, helping coordinate day to day running of the clinic, as well as cleaning and instrument sterilisation.
We employ other university students and try to coordinate with their timetables.
Rate of pay will depend on age and experience but casual rate starts at approx $22ph plus 10% super.
What are we looking for?
Must haves:
• Someone with a friendly disposition
• Exceptional communication skills
• Very good computer skills, preferably MacOS
• Ability to speak conversational Mandarin
Desirable attributes:
• Previous medical/health reception experience
• Experience using Cliniko software and a Hicaps machine
• Fluent Mandarin – verbal and written
• Understanding of infection control processes
